Requesting a quote is quick and easy!  Simply fill out the form below and we will receive your quote request and work on your submission right away.

Some items can be booked online directly. If you don’t want to wait for a quote, you can book an appointment directly directly instead by simply clicking  Online Booking. 

Our Online Booking platform has some of the most common requests such as “carpet cleaning for 3 standard bedrooms, stairs and a hallway.” Scheduling is easy. You simply choose the item you wish to book, then select the date and time-slot. After that, fill out your details and you are set!  

If you don’t see the item you wish to book but do see a similar item, you can choose that item instead.  Once you are ready to submit your request you can leave a message detailing the changes to your order.

Requesting a quote is great for more detailed estimates. Our online booking platform only has some options available which might not fit your exact needs. To request a quote, simply fill out the form below. The more information you give us, the more we can ensure your quote is accurate. You will be able to leave details and upload photos.  Once we are processing your request, we might have a few questions. In that case, we will contact you directly by using your preferred contact method. If you wish to request a quote by phone instead you can do so at anytime by contacting us directly.

What to expect once you receive your quote: We seek to give accurate quotes.  The heading of each line item will list the service type and areas included.  Below each line item will list the description and any pertinent preparation details. The terms and conditions will also list important information.

If you receive your quote but the descriptions aren’t listed correctly then contact us to adjust the quote prior to quote acceptance. Typical example would be that you would like a quote for cleaning a living room and 2 bedrooms but we only have 2 bedrooms listed.  Likewise, if you are requesting a quote for a sectional that is 8’x6′ but the quote is for a 7′ sofa then your quote must be updated to reflect the correct description.

Other factors that can change the accuracy of your quote would be an inaccurate service address or an incorrect service type is listed. An example of an incorrect service type would be that we have tile cleaning and sealing listed but you only would like cleaning.  

On-site quotes are free! Some jobs may require an on-site quote to ensure our estimate is accurate.  We give free estimates so you don’t need to worry about incurring unexpected charges. On-site estimates helps us to ensure our quotes are accurate so there are no unexpected surprises once we arrive to complete the work.

When it comes to flooring, we will usually need to see it in person to confirm the type and condition. We also have to factor in furniture and confirm which pieces need to be moved. Pre-planning ensures efficiency when completing the job. Outdoor jobs such as paver sealing and window cleaning also typically requires an on-site quote. 

Commercial quotes first require an on-site inspection. This is simply so the cleaning technician can confirm the job setup and hose accessibility for the actual job. The tech will also meet with the designated contact to confirm the areas to be serviced and ensure an accurate quote.   All quote inspections are free and  typically take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. 

Submitting photos can be an easy alternative to on-site quotes. If you have a small area such as a shower,  bbq island, or ceramic tile in one room, you can send photos instead. Photos can either be uploaded as you are filling out the form, or they can be sent by email or text.

What we do with your information:  We simply store your quote details in our CRM software for future reference.  The information we request is solely used to prepare and save an accurate quote. We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose besides sending you a quote and scheduling your appointment should you choose to book with us.

We will periodically notify you via email automation with complimentary service reminders.  You do not need to respond to these reminders unless you wish to schedule another service. If you do not wish to receive reminder emails, simply reply directly by email and we can turn off this feature.
